MetCon
This total body athletic training session will combine different forms of interval training, heart rate zones, boxing, and core. This format is conditioning heavy, focusing on metcons, and circuit style training.High intensity interval training will work your body from the floor up and all around. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Get ready to be challenged to push your limits- you'll walk out feeling 100% worked out and 100 % successful!
Stronger
A full body progressively programmed workout with a blend of weight lifting and metabolic conditioning (cardio). Most of the focus will be on progressing through movement patterns with the guidance of your coach. This format will also utilize different heart rate training zones while also focusing on overall strength.
Vinyasa Yoga Flow
known as a 'flow yoga' that emphasizes the synchronized movement of breath with a sequence of poses. The goal is to create a seamless transition from one position to another, creating a harmonoious and continuous flow.
Cycle & Flow
1 part Rhythm Ride 1 part Flow. Ride to the rhythm and beat in this epic cardio party on the bike. Let loose, have fun, and sweat as you move - let your endorphins run wild! Flow combines yoga with primal movements to improve overall strength, balance, coordination, and mobility.
